We're confident that you'll love our brace shirts! However, for your peace of mind, we offer exchanges and refunds. For the product to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unwashed and unworn and received back to us within 30 days from the date the product was sent to you. Shipping fees to and from the customers are not included in the refund or exchange and will be covered at the customers’ expense.
Shipping fees include tracking for Canada & US only. Shipping fees for all other countries do not include tracking and will be shipped ground mail via Canada Post. If you live in any other country and want to add tracking for your package, or you want your package faster, please contact us for a quote for the added cost.
All shirts are custom made! Orders are ready in about a week to 10 days. Let us know if you want the order faster and we can send a quote and an invoice for the difference. The additional cost to rush the order is 10% of the total sale plus the additional shipping charges.
